Health knowledge made personal
 At the end of August I visited a friend in Colorado. For one, to catch up and relax with a friend, for two to escape the sweltering desert for a bit. There had been a rain/storm that came through the area just 2 days prior to my visit and cooled off the 9800 feet destination by like 30 degrees. Yeah, baby! It was truly awesome. My friend and I went for a hike nearby and the meandering Colorado River was about midpoint through our hike, providing a wonderful resting point. Thought I'd share a photo or two.  |
