I've had several people ask me how I made my roasted brussel sprouts yesterday. It was really easy and I can't emphasize enough how delicious they turned out.
Roasted Brussel Sprouts -Serves 2
25-30 sprouts, trimmed and cleaned
3-4 tablespoons, olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a small knife, cut off the ends of the sprouts. Then, peel away the top layer or two of each sprout. Wash them in a colander and dry them with a towel.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place the sprouts on top (foil makes for an easy clean-up). Drizzle oil, salt and pepper over the sprouts and toss to cover. Bake sprouts for 30-35 minutes or until they are brown and crispy (it's okay if they look a little burned, those are the best ones). Enjoy!
