Roast, Toasty Buns

Breakfast

I made myself a delicious bowl of cereal for breakfast this morning. I combined Corn Flakes with Fibre 1 cereal, topped it with half of a banana, and a peanut butter drizzle. It was incredible!



Lunch

I spent the morning laying around watching television (hallelujah!) before making myself some breakfast for lunch. I made an over easy egg using one whole egg and one egg white, accompanied by a slice of whole wheat toast with margarine and roasted brussel sprouts on the side.




Dinner

I spent my entire afternoon working two separate jobs, with a brief amount of time to come home and eat dinner. I didn't have much time, so I grabbed some Liberte Greek yogurt for protein...


...before gobbling up several Pillsbury Baked Crescents. These are dangerously delicious and I simply couldn't get enough!



Evening Snack

After finally getting home from work, I had three pieces of imitation crab meat with seafood sauce and a slice of whole wheat toast. Yummy!

Workout

I didn't have time to fit in a workout today, but I'm planning on hitting the gym hard tomorrow! It feels so great to be back, but I definitely needed the rest day today. My abs and arms are killing me!
