Repeat Recipe Monday: Overnight Oats

You can really add anything and everything to our overnight oats. In this recipe I added flax seeds and chia seeds for some more nutrients, but it is perfectly okay if you don't use those.


Overnight Oats
-Servings: 2
-2/3C rolled oatmeal
-1 and 1/3C of coconut milk
-1T chia seeds
-1T flax seeds
-1/2 mashed banana
-handful of chopped strawberries
-handful of blueberries
-1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (I use Designer Whey)
Mix all ingredients together in a large mason jar and let sit in the fridge over night.
