Luckily there was a tiny path so I was able to make it to work okay (besides a few slips and one fall)! Fun stuff.
I wanted to thank you for all of your tips in my last post about how to get a better night’s sleep! I am always looking for new ways to fall asleep fast and stay asleep for the entire night. This week I decided to not buy any alcohol on my way home from work to see if I could fall asleep without it. The answer is no. I still needed melatonin every night and always woke up in the middle of the night! It sounds like a lot of you actually have trouble sleeping like me!
