I’ve recently become a huge fan of juicing, especially green juices, but it took me a while to figure out a palatable recipe that I looked forward to drinking. At first, I added a bunch of carrots and apples to the juice, but I’m sensitive to sugar and felt this was too much of a glycemic load for my body.
So, when I decided at the beginning of July to go on a sugar detox and give myself a little reset, I had to find another way to sweeten my green juice and take the edge off the vegetable taste. Watch this video to see how my to make my favorite green juice recipe!
Ooops alert: I said in this video that I use the Omega 8300 but it’s actually the Omega 8003. Yeah, never was very good with numbers!
