HIGH HEMOGLOBIN PROBLEM -
how do you reduce slightly high, as in a few tenths over high range, hemoglobin level. Any foods, exercise, sleep, etc....
Will any vitamins/supplements contribute to this slightly elevated level -
B12, B6, vitamin E, Fish Oil, Flax Oil, molasses, etc.....?
I am 55 yr old male with reading of 17.6 (g/dL) and generaly in good health, working out three times per week, 208lbs, 6ft, and fairly active.
