Warning: this recipe isn’t sugar free, fat free, free of anything…oh, and the recipe can’t get much simpler unless you’re just eating a strawberry.
I made these babies for the 4th of July, and I didn’t see a single set of eyes not light up the moment someone tried them for the first time. Or the tenth time, really.
White Chocolate Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients:
1 pound of strawberries
Sprinkles of your choice (like shown above or graham crackers, chocolate chips, cinnamon, coconut, you name it)
1 8-oz. container of Kraft White Chocolate Indulge cream cheese (this stuff tastes like cheesecake)
Directions:
Wash and remove the pith of the strawberries. Pour the sprinkles of your choice into a small bowl. Scoop the container of cream cheese into a frosting bag and add the nozzle. In each strawberry, squeeze enough cheese into the empty pith so that it overflows slightly. Turn the strawberry upside down, dip the cheese end into the sprinkles, and voila! Simple. (And the girls had a blast dipping the strawberries…it’s totally kid-worthy.)
