Good morning! It’s been a while since I’ve posted a What I Ate Wednesday post! I’m not sure if you’ve noticed that I don’t really recap my eats, but I don’t. They can be terribly boring, especially as of recently, but I’m starting to take full advantage of my bigger kitchen, so you’ll see more recipes popping up for Wednesdays (and other days, too). Most of you know I’m addicted to ZICO chocolate coconut water, and if you didn’t, now you do. Obsessed. I’ve been using it as a base for my smoothies, and it’s perfect. The smoothie I’ve had two or three times this week for afternoon energy is what I’m coining
