Recipe:
Pico de gallo
3 tomatoes, diced finely
1 medium onion, diced finely
1 jalapeno or serrano
1 handful cilantro, coarsely chopped
1/4 fresh lime
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
