1 large leaf of lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
1 red, orange and yellow bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 tbsp jalapeno pepper juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 avocado, mashed
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Mix all the ingredients except the lettuce leaf and spread the mixture in the center of the lettuce leaf. Roll the lettuce leaf, bundling all the ingredients inside.
Feel free to substitute the given raw ingredients with other raw ingredients if desired, such as chopped onions, cucumbers or carrots. Create your own wraps using the lettuce leaf to hold all the ingredients together.
