raw chocolate mousse

Here is another easy to make, gluten-free, vegan and raw dessert recipe. A total must-have for everybody craving for sweets most of the time :)

Chocolate mousse
  • 2 1/2 cups raw cashews, soaked for 1-2 hours, 300 gr.
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup agave
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/3 cup melted cacao butter
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder or carob flour

Blend everything without the cacao powder in the blender until completely smooth. Then pour the cream in a mixing bowl and add the cacao powder. Mix well and place the cream in small cups. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours or best of all over night. Keep your mousse in the fringe and enjoy at any time :)
