Random Thursday Thoughts…

Good morning and Happy Thursday! Hope you are having a great week.

Check out dinner last night – SUSHI!


That’s a philly roll, a dynamite roll, and the sushi special – california roll with scallops on top. Delicious after a hard workout.

Exercise has been going great this week:

  • Tuesday – 20 minute HIIT workout on the elliptical
  • Wednesday – 30 minute circuit class, 30 minute strength & flex class
  • Thursday – today I am going to walk on the treadmill
  • Friday – probably some yoga and stretching

My gym doesn’t offer many yoga classes and almost none at times convenient to me. So I am trying different online yoga courses. I tried but wasn’t very impressed so I am going to try . I love yoga and would love to find a couple of 20-30 minute videos that I can do in the mornings or evenings.

Short post today but stay tuned for tomorrow’s Fabulous Friday Five!
