Random Friday Returns – Spoiled Dog & Thunder Snow

Random # 1: I have been slacking…. …On sharing all my fun workout details like I used to; and also in sharing recipes!!
I know, I know. I actually have two really good (new-ish) recipes to share next week. And now that my normal routine has returned, I plan to share some of the fun workout details like I used to – we have been having some AMAZING ones lately too!
Random #2: Speaking of workouts…. Guess what I have been doing a little of here and there on my non- training days?
Yes, running (or trying to). I hate it.
“Why would you do something you hate?” you are probably wondering.
Because it is good for me.
I dont even have a goal in mind, besides dont die of course.
Random #3: Kona is spoiled. This is not news. But we ordered her an awesome new bed from SkyMall magazine for Xmas. But it was backordered so she just got it yesterday.
She had the same bed since she was a puppy, yes 6 years so we figured it was time to upgrade.
This one is like a luxurious orthopedic dog bed. I know, give me a break.
She loves it. Oh, and it also has a pillow with her name on it.
Exceeeeeept; she thought the pillow was a toy and kept biting it and shaking it and playing, so I had to take it away from her for a while until she learned to use it properly.
Random #4: Weather I dont know what the weather is like near you, but it has been shit-tay here.
Not complaining though, because it could always be worse.
It didnt rain for like, 2 months. And then it rained for4 days straight. And then yesterday the rain turned into sideways crazy windy rain.
…And then it got really cold and turned into snow. But while it was snowing we had a thunder and lightning storm. It was the craziest thing.
I still cant get over the fact that when it snows here everything shuts down/opens late/people freak out and buy out the grocery store like we are having Y2K or something.
Random #5: Haaaa
Aw come on, you know that shit is funny!
Anything you do/participate in/eat/etc that you dont truly enjoy but do it anyway because it’s good for you (or maybe because you have to do it?)
Be honest – anything here on the ol’ blog of Andrea that you would like to see more of? (besides me making a fool out of myself of course) – recipes, workout stuff, Kona, food stuff, etc?
