Holy appetite today! Can’t really say that I’m complaining. Being hungrier than usual = growing muscles. And I love to eat. Although… who doesn’t?!
Speaking of muscles, I FINALLY found this magazine at rite aid:
I just ordered it to come in the mail, but won’t be getting it for another few weeks and I really wanted this issue. I looked everywhere and finally found it ! Oxygen is my other fave

Workout Today
Biceps + Triceps
& 30 minutes of cardio
I warmed up about 3 minutes with incline walking, then did three rounds of tabata sprints
(8 rounds, 20 second sprints, 10 seconds off).
Round 1: 2% incline all out sprints
walk 2 min to bring my HR down
Round2: 4%incline sprints
walk 2-3 min
Round 3: 6% incline sprints
Finishing with incline walking to round out 30 minutes.
I also woke up with a serious egg craving, and satisfied it at lunch:
- broccoli, peppers, onions
- 2 whole eggs, plus a few extra whites
-1/2 cup cottage cheese
- topped with chopped green onion, and un-pictured organic ketchup
Still Hungry.
plain greek yogurt + vanilla stevia + peanut flour mix on the bottom
Did some experimenting in the kitchen today:
Herbed Paleo Bread!
Super hearty and delicious, recipe coming this week
Oh yea, and STILL hungry after the yogurt + peanut flour. Insert 2 TBS coconut butter.
Much better.
Ever have those bottomless pit days? What seems to satisfy your hunger? Fats and some protein usually do the trick for me! Carbs do nothing to hold me over
