Very Simple - Very Tasty and Fresh!
From Bottom Up - Layer the following
(Use amounts that fit your dish)
Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
Fresh Chopped Celery
Thawed (previously frozen) Green Peas
Light Mayonnaise (A thin layer over the three layers you already have and a sprinkle of paprika)
Shredded Cheddar (I use a combination of orange and white cheddar)
Fresh Crumbled Bacon
Fresh Chopped Scallions
