I'm all about finding quick workouts I can do at home. I have come to terms that I'm horrible at paying for gym memberships that never get used so I don't commit to them anymore. One less place to spend my money or stress about. I like to workout at home or outside. I choose the latter when I can.
This quick power workout is perfect for doing at home, requiring minimal space, an exercise ball (time to blow that bad boy up!), dumbbells (you will find them buried in your closet or under the bed) and a strength cord (I use these all the time to do yoga stretches...)
