Push-Up, Sit-Up, Dip Challenge
Posted May 09 2011 9:20pm
I love a good challenge.
I love deadlines.
They make me work harder.
So when I finished up my half marathon I knew I had to do two things
a) find a new half marathon
b)find something to do until training for said marathon starts.
Then I found these gems.
Six weeks until ripped glory!
Ha not really...possibly not even toned glory. But working towards fitness greatness in the near future glory sure, I'll say that ;)
These three challenges are suppose to help you be able to either do 100 push ups, 200 sit ups or 150 dips in a row.

GAA!!!
That sounds INSANE...but slightly invigorating at the same time.
Let's see where I go in 6 weeks :)
