Combine all ingredients in your crockpot; whisk until smooth. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours, and switch to KEEP WARM for the remainder of the evening.
Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl (that will fit into your crockpot); which until smooth. Fill crockpot halfway with water; place the bowl directly into the crockpot, immersed in the water. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours. You may find you need to turn it up to HIGH for about 30 minutes upon waking in the morning.
Sprinkle with sliced pecans and a dash of cinnamon.
