So I’ve got some news for you.. I’m entering myself in a wide grip pull up competition!! Wide Grip overhand pull ups are the hardest that there are- and the main rules are that it has to be from a deadhang, further than shoulder width, and overhand grip. (Which is no prob for me because that’s what I always do- but they are tough!) This morning I went to the gym and did 10- I’m hoping I can get a couple more pretty soon! I’ll be updating you all with videos and such..wish me luck!!

Makes 1 serving @ (depending on your protein) 173 calories, 20.5 grams protein,10 net carbs, 3 grams fat
9 grams (about 2 tbsp??) sifted coconut flour
15 grams oats (a little less than 1/4 cup)
12 grams (or about 1/2 scoop) protein powder (blends work best)
