I brought a tea with me to my morning chiropractor appointment, meeting and study session.
After a busy morning, I was ready for a snack during my first class of the day. I munched on gluten free tortilla chips while we worked.
I didn't have a chance to snap a photo of my uncreative lunch today. I brought four pieces of crab diced up in seafood sauce, one light Babybel cheese, and some grapes. I also munched on some veggies and hummus throughout the day. I had this hunger that I couldn't quite satisfy all day long, which I'm attributing to the lack of protein at breakfast!
By the time I got home from school, Zeke and Casey were ready to go for a walk. I joined them for a 40-minute walk through the wind and cold. Brrr!
We put together a delicious meal for dinner after our walk. We had multigrain tilapia, baby brussel sprouts, and a gluten-free grain medley. Everything was so tasty!
I was still chilled even after such a hot lunch, so I opted for a white hot chocolate to warm me up. It did the trick and kicked the chill!
Well, today is my official rest day so I plan on spending the rest of the evening on the couch watching television. What a perfect day to unwind after a stressful few days of studying!
