Pour oats into a medium-sized bowl. Add in two egg whites and just enough water to cover it all. Let soak in the fridge overnight. In the morning, stir everything up and pop it in the microwave for roughly 2 to 3 minutes or until egg whites are cooked. Stir again and add agave nectar to taste. Alternative toppings: cinnamon and brown sugar, dried fruit, granola, peanut butter, maple syrup, etc.

In addition to this fabulous breakfast, Zeke and I made it out for a long 45-minute walk this morning. Despite the snow on the ground, the mild weather made both Zeke and I very happy!
