I was recently sent a sampling of ProMax Lower Sugar Protein Bars to review on my blog.
ProMax Lower Sugar Protein Bars …
- Contain 18 grams of replenishing protein
- All natural ingredients (although there is A LOT of them)
- 14 grams of fiber
- They taste great.
ProMax Low Sugar Protein Bars contains 40% less sugar than leading regular energy bars.
I also really like that they are naturally sweetened with stevia, a plant with leaves that are up to 45 times sweeter than sugar and zero calories.
They contain no artificial sweeteners (except for stevia, which I consider natural), preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, maltitol, or gelatin.
They are also gluten-free, kosher, and vegetarian.
Here are the nutritional stats:
These are great for a post workout snack!
Honestly, I try to get my calories and nutrients from real food, but sometimes you just need a bar when you are on the go or don’t have time. The ingredients are decent, they are low in sugar, and they taste great. If you ever need something quick and/or portable, give these a shot!
