I semi worked on my obesity paper all afternoon. I can not get it started and it is killing me!!!! I hate starting papers once they get the flow it is ok but until then its just awful!
My lunch today was bland and boring but thats because I have not been grocery shopping in two weeks now which is a positive thing. I am trying to eat up the last of my food so that I am not wasteful and I do not spend money. My lunch was half of a leftover costco low fat vegetarian burrito with some carrots, celery, and plum. I also cut up some of my plum and put it in my yogurt with some mango chunks. I ate the yogurt right out of the container and there was probably about 1/4 a serving left in there.
I snacked on 1/2 of a dannon go light blueberry yogurt this afternoon around 4:00 to hold me off until dinner.
Dinner tonight consisted of all the vegetables I had in my fridge haha along with the last 4 meatless meatballs I had left in my freezer.
I sauted 1/2 a white onion, garlic, tiny bit of brocclli, cauliflower, mushrooms, a slice of tomato, capers, and spinach in a little bit of olive oil. I served the meatballs with ketchup and enjoyed the meal!
My dessert was a small bowl of kashi heart to heart with a tiny piece of fig newton
Our conference is this weekend at Sweet Briar College so I am off to campus to work on my poster and help others as well. I will be back late tonight to study for spanish quiz tomorrow. YAY!NOT
