We have always loved amaranth.
But now we love it even more.
We made popped amaranth!!
We burnt our first few rounds, but then finally got the hang of it.
Ever since we read Brendan’s Thrive book a year ago (where he uses popped amaranth in his recipes) then seeing Ashley and Heather make it, we knew we had to make it too!
This lovely bowl of goodness is full of popped amaranth, pumpkin seed milk , and crushed raw almonds with a touch of cinnamon and stevia
We are loving our new ways of enjoying “ cereal ”
