5 mint leaves, plus 1 for garnish
1 1/2 ounces Ron Abuelo Añejo rum
2 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Dash Angostura bitters
Muddle raspberry with mint. Add rum , cranberry juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Shake hard and strain into a highball glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with raspberry and mint.
