I hate Shopping and love thinking.But in the last few days I have been doing more Shopping than thinking.Much as I would like to discuss Sarees, I will talk of the Syndrome.
An interesting Experiment recently happened.
PMS has been mostly a distant dim memory to me.But I managed to refresh it recently.Of late I have been forgetting many things -maybe on purpose."Tujhse naraaz nahin Zindagi-hairaan hoon main" kind of syndrome.My fish oil capsules finished twenty days ago-I forgot to place a fresh order.Every evening I have been forgetting to soak Almonds.Omitting the multi-vitamin too everyday because if I am not taking fish oil I might as well skip this too.I have been eating mostly OK because that thankfully, is in my woman Friday -Kiran's hands.But I have been slipping in too many cups of tea at the wrong times.Chocolate too.Exercising a lot but not really minding either quantity or quality of what I eat.
And then I woke up one fine day with a wooden head -that puffy face and a wretched bloated feeling all over.I forced myself to exercise.But that helped only marginally.As the day progressed I had these unbearable cravings to have sweet and salty foods.I wanted that fiery namkeen and that sweet chocolate milk *now*.Theoretically I knew it would make my symptoms worse.But I was being controlled by the Craving.
So I needed to get back to basics of what these hormonal symptoms were telling me.
Worsening symptoms of PMS are an early indication -that my
Diet is falling short of my Body's needs.The degree of discomfort is
