Plank Your Way To A Tighter Core

This exercise will work the core of your body - your abdominals, as well as your glutes. This helps to build a strong foundation for all physical activities.
Lay on your stomach.
Push yourself up on your knees and elbows. If this is too easy, you can go up on your toes and elbows.
Your body should be straight; do not arch your back or bend at the waist.
Squeeze your bottom and your stomach.
Hold for 30 seconds.
Recommended Duration: 3 sets of 30 seconds
Intensity: 1 - Light
Exercise Type: Strength, Flexibility
