This is the “Activity Pyramid” as published in ACSM ’s Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription (7th edition).
Now this pyramid isn’t perfect and there are plenty of other activities that we can do, but in my opinion, this is a decent guide for most people. If sedentary people started to incorporate this, they would certainly see some of the benefits of physical activity.
