Sure, they’re great individually, but put them together and I’m as happy as my pups with a fresh rawhide.
And on a snowy day like today, there’s just nothing better than peanut butter & chocolate to brighten it up a bit.
Peanut Butter Cup Peanut Butter CookiesYields approx. 2 dozenIngredients:1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
3-4 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or 3/4 cup chocolate & peanut butter chips
Prep:Combine ingredients and mix on low until batter is creamy. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375* or until edges are brown.
I was so excited to make these that I didn’t even bother to look at how many Reese’s Peanut Cups were left in my secret stash. Naturally, there was only one left in the bag so I added a couple handfuls of milk chocolate & peanut butter chips to the mix. Problem solved!
