Next I tossed the chicken, white wine, vegan earth balance butter, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, pepper and salt into the cook cooker and let it cook on warm for 4 1/2 hours. The chicken absorbs all of the flavorings and stays hard on the outside yet super moist on the inside. Right before serving, I poured the liquid drippings into a saucepan and added 1/4 cup of spelt flour to turn into a gravy.
I also received a gift from my best friend in TX today. The word love doesn't even begin to describe how much I loved this gift. She knows me too well. Pretty, short and blue dress? Right on point.
