The Chest and Back workout of P90X is the first one you do in the program. As you know, I’m not a huge fan of push-ups. So at first, this wasn’t one of my most favorite workouts. In general, it still isn’t, however, I have come to like it more than I did. Remember, the P90X in 90 Seconds workout video does not include the warm-up or cool-down. Further, the structure of this workout is such, that it repeats the exercises a second time, reversing the order of back exercises and chest exercises. I’ve only shown each exercise once:
