There are enough foods that have antioxidants that are supportive of good health, that we should be able to find one that is pleasing to our palet. We don't need processed foods for any other reason than desire to fulfill an addiction. The foods we eat should contain nutrients, vitamins , and plenty of antioxidants. Below is a chart illustrating some excellent sources of antioxidants that you will want to include in your diet. As previously mentioned, over 10,000 substances in food are considered antioxidants. These are broken down into categories including carotenoids, flavonoids, isothyocyanates and a few vitamins and minerals.
