Ay yi yi.
Ok so I'm done with 2 out of 3 appointments. The MRI went well--it was no big. I won't know the results until my follow-up next week, though. It sucked getting up at 5:25 with about 5 hours of sleep, but oh well. Hopefully I can take a nap after the chiropractor, or go to bed early. I'm afraid that if I nap right now, I won't wake up to an alarm. When I get super tired, I will turn alarm clocks off in my sleep without even realizing it.
The dentist was no fun! Ugh! They numbed up the left side of my mouth, and it's traveled all the way down to my chin, and even up to my eye! It just stopped twitching a little bit ago. But the left part of my nose is sooo numb, and I can't stop sneezing! So weird. My face feels so lopsided, haha.
Breakfast was yummy, even though it was eaten WAY too early in the morning. I made chocolate banana pumpkin oats for my mom and I.

I added a few carob chips and a spoon of dark chocolate dreams pb.
I stopped at Mejier after the MRI to pick up a few th

ings (mainly lettuce! I could probably beat a rabbit in a salad eating contest). I've been seeing falafel everywhere on the blogs lately, so when I spotted a falafel mix, I had to pick it up! I can't wait to make it.
Thanks for all your book/movie recommendations! I'll definitely be hitting up the library :D There are so many pop culture shows and movies that I've been missing out on.
Ugghh okay this numb face thing is getting really annoying. I hope it wears off soon!
Oh, and a question:
Do you make green monster smoothies? If so, what's your favorite combo? I'll probably be drinking quite a few smoothies after surgery, and I want to make them super healthy so I can heal A.S.A.P! I've heard a lot about
Amazing Grass superfood powders for the smoothies, and I'm considering getting that. It sounds like they have a lot of great benefits.
Have you ever tried one of their products? What one is your favorite? I've never made a green monster smoothie, but maybe I should even start before surgery to give my body a head start :)
Have a lovely day guys, and I hope the weather is a lot nicer for you than it is in gray, rainy Michigan!

gourmet tortilla chip giveaway!
Edit: Ok, now the numbness is mostly in my chin, but my jaw hurts like hell! It's so painful, especially when I open it. I can't open it very far, either. My left lymph node is painful and swollen, too. Ugh they never mentioned that it would hurt later! I've stopped sneezing like crazy, but I still feel like I'm constantly going to sneeze. This is so annoying!
