Olympic Body Workout

With the Olympics starting tomorrow, I couldn’t help myself… I asked my trainer a deadly question “Can you get me to look like that?” (referring to an Olympic Gymnast). Her response, “Yes!” So today I bring you the workout Angie kicked my ass with. It’s our Olympic Body Workout, 6 minutes of killer moves that work muscles you forgot you had. Have fun!

What a great post Amanda! It was just what I needed to read. I am learning to love the body that I have and appreciate it and not compare myself to others. I am extremely self conscious and am slowly learning to not be. I love how honest you are! It is amazing what you have accomplished this past year. You should be very proud of yourself. Such an inspiration! Sometimes I have a hard time finding the beauty in myself but I am changing my life for the better and I couldn’t be happier!

Congratulations to a fellow Amanda! I hope you love the top and totally rock it when you are out there showing off your beauty!

While I am at it, I would like to wish myself an amazing Happy Birthday tomorrow! Yes I just did. :) This last year has taught me a lot. One of the greatest things I learned was the true depth of my inner strength. I am truly proud of myself. And that deserves a piece of cake. Here’s to my last year in my 20′s. Cheers
