oH, tO cRUNCH oR tACKLE

After lunch I did core workout. Well, I tried to do one!

core workout The little man loves to have me down at his level, so he was constantly tackling and climbing all over me.

I was forced to add a little weight to my reverse crunches!

I had said I was going to go for an easy 3 miles today...mainly to relieve some stress (aka the little man’s CRANKINESS). But when I walked outside, I changed my mind.

0119111421a The sun was shinning, it was “warm” again...IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!

So, I put 7 miles in my mental GPS and went at it. And although it was beautiful, it was SUPER wet... DSC06887

I logged 7.5 in 1:05 (about 8:40 pace!)
