nOVEMBER gOALS '10

1. run 10K (Thanksgiving day)
2. wake up by 7:30am (except Sundays)
3. exercise 6 days a week (run at least 3 of those days)
4. be thankful for something everyday
5. eat more fruits & veggies (at least 1/meal)
6. make this blog consistent
