Nia, the great workout for EveryBODY.
In San Jose there are three Nia classes a week:
Mondays at 9:00 am (including Labor Day!)
Tuesdays at 6:00 pm
Wednesdays at 9:00 am
And we will be holding class on Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2009 at 9:00 am in San Jose.
Since you might have the day off from your job, why don't you come down and give Nia a try. It is a great way to start the day and the week. It will help energize you for all the things you have to do on your day "off". We workout to music in our bare feet. Bare feet gives us great stability and gives our feet a great workout (yes, feet need exercise too!) Nia is a workout for everyBODY.
