I bravely set out my goals for my 6th Half Marathon days before the race and ran a 2:00:34. Here's how I did compared to my goals: Half Marathon Goal: under 2:06 I did it! Realistic Goal: 2:04:37 I did it! Dream BIG Goal: 1:59:50
Dream BIG Goal: under 9 minute pace average- 1:57:49
5k goal: 24:51

I won't be running another half until the winter, but I'm keeping focused. I set forth a 5k goal and will be working on my speed. I think we have a 5k planned for April 14th. Anyone in Orlando want to join in?

Once it was cooked cooked, I shredded it and added it to a low-carb tortilla with black beans. I broiled that in the oven for a nice crunch. I topped it with a chunky guacamole and a side of love red peppers. What goals are you ready to go after?
