New Cardio and Friday Favs!

Hey luvs!

It’s Friday! Oh how I love this Friday.  This Friday is a little special because we had a crazy show schedule this week due to having Saturday off.  We normally do 5 shows a week and since we had Saturday off we had two shows yesterday and a Matinee today to meet our 5 show quota (Marie had to leave town for a wedding so we are all celebrating our long weekend!)

Maybe I’ll get a chance to actually cook a meal that Carson and I will eat at the same time! Never happens on weekends!

Anyhow…

I tried a new workout this week and I loved it! Found this Elliptical Resistance workout over at fitsugar.com .

I set my cross ramp at 17 for the incline, put on some good tunes, and sweat it out!

I would have to say that my zucchini noodles were so tasty this week with the Creamy Lemon Sauce .  I’m a huge fan of this Spiralizer:)
