Monday posts are the type of posts when I share inspiration with you. Today’s inspiration is about getting fit and making being fit a way of life.
A few weeks ago, I came across a video, titled The Man Who Never Gave Up (a must see), by Jon Calvo and after watching this video, I told myself if this guy who weighed 300+ pounds can lose the weight and make such a miraculous transformation with his body, then what is my excuse?
I started Operation Get Ripped and I fell off the wagon. I started out doing very well, but then life happened and I got off track, so much so that I stopped doing my work out schedule.
Inspiration and motivation comes from many places, sometimes without even looking. It lands in your lap when you least expect it. When the unexpected happens it is up to you to take that inspiration and motivation and run with it.
These messages of inspiration and motivation come when you need that inspiration and motivation the most. It is during these times when you do what you have to do to reach your goals, which oftentimes reawakens you and the creative being that you are.
If it is your goal to get fit, eat a healthier diet, or to start a something new; go for it. When you put your all into doing something that you have always wanted to do, there is no reason why you should not succeed.
Success does not come easy, it takes hard work, dedication and your commitment to your dream. If you are committed, then you will succeed.

My goal for sharing this video with you is for motivation and encouragement. Sticking to an exercise routine is not easy, but if it is something you know is healthy, makes feel and look good, then you will do it, no matter what.
Hard work pays, off, but you have to stick with it to reap the benefits.
