Naturally Leah: Living your best life, Naturally!

Stress is related to 99% of illnesses, and in my case, it’s related to about 99% of the number I see on the scales too.

For the past few years I have been on a weight loss and gain rollercoaster, due to suffering from chronic stress and raised cortisol levels (your stress hormone).

I was lucky enough to be able to quit my high stress job and I set off around the world travelling. I ended up working for a yoga clothing company and discovered my love of yoga , and I learnt to snowboard in Whistler, Canada! My stress levels decreased, my cortisol returned to normal – and the extra weight fell off me . Awesome!

Recently I moved to London, UK – and the stress of finding a job, flat and friends has taken its toll. My cortisol has risen and I’m on a mission to combat the effects by living my best life naturally. I recently trained for and completed my first half marathon , I have joined a run club , and I am regularly competing in races , going to the gym, attending fun fitness and yoga classes and loving it!

Regardless of my stress levels (and weight losses or gains), I have always had a passion for anything health, fitness and wellness related.
