It can be tough to get motivated to exercise. You've got to get dressed and then convince yourself to commit to an hour of painful, sweaty work.

But what if you could participate in exercise that not only calms the mind but also ends with a nap?

The answer to this is: YOGA.

Yoga can do amazing things for flexibility and can also be an excellent source of stress relief.
