my stomach is itching inside from hernia surgery a yr ago is this normal i ahve taking benedryl it isnt wking, help ,me

right side of stomach  had a hernia  i had it removed june 5th 2008

the out side of the stomach is all crooked bhe healed,my insides is  so itchy i am beating on my stomach for some relief plsu i dont feel  my  stoamch at all, benedryl sint wking,,pls pls help me
