My lunch today & hydration nudge! Fruits of all kinds and water with mint leaves and lime. Sooo deliciously nutritious and hydrating! During the winter I always find that the artificial heat indoors causes my skin and hair to dry out very quickly. I try to combat dehydration by making sure I eat loads of water-rich foods and always drink at least 1.5 L during the day.
Also, as some of you know, I love coconut oil , and I swear by its hydrating qualities for skin, hair, nails, etc. It’s a perfect way to beat the dry heat! ;)
