Yeah, you might be surprised, but fitting in a quick run here and there over these last few weeks has been an absolute life saver. It has given me time to just clear my mind and focus on nothing else except some good music and my breath. Also, some wonderfully delicious and nutritious eats have been getting me through and keeping my energy up….homemade marinara with nutritional yeast (needs a better name to match it's deliciousness) and basil
