The weather has been so gloomy here this week in Charlotte. It has rained pretty much every single day.
I actually really love when the weather is like this though. To me, it is just so cozy, and it always puts me in the mood to drink hot chocolate, clean (yes, I’m a weirdo), and catch up on reading blogs and magazines.
These past few days, I’ve actually been flipping back through some of my favorite health and diet books. I flagged a ton of recipes that I cannot wait to try out- especially some new juice combinations.
I thought that you all might enjoy having a little look at some of the health books in my collection. As a health coach, I need to be familiar with many different approaches, so I have quite a lot of these books (and even some more on my Kindle).
The Kind Diet by Alicia Silverstone (Definitely interesting if you are vegan or thinking about going vegan, but a lot of the ingredients she uses are obscure. Here’s a post I did about it awhile back.)
I am going to check out Intuitive Eating – sounds like what I have been looking for. I have put the scale aside from October 2012 to June 2013, so I can listen to my body in how I feel for a change of pace. Thanks for sharing these reads – Take Care:)
