We geared up for the class with some ninja-like moves. Nikki is an awesome instructor; encouraging and tough, pushing her class to go further.
I fell in love with the high intensity workout! A nice balance to running, wouldn't you spinees agree?
I did a "double" with this class (and the next day too; I told you I was hooked) by running 3-4 miles first, followed shortly by spinning class. Hood to Coast training has been on my mind, knowing I will run 3 legs in 24-36 hours, I'm focusing on training on tired legs. Any suggestions?

I LOVE being outside, but I caught the spinning bug. All you tri-hards, I'm curious what you will choose!

If it was a slip-N-slide, I choose Jello, but totally opt for a pudding plunge!

Katy has a figure to die for, right? But, Gaga's creativity is limitless. Gaga is dating a guy from Omaha, so I have to give her props for that.
4. Would you rather watch a 24 hour Kardashian's marathon?
Or, watch a 24 hour Kate + 8 marathon?
Pick your poison. Geez. I'm at a loss here. I guess the Kardashians simply because Kate drives me bonkers.
