I often get asked what I eat daily, so today I wanted to share my daily food intake with you. This is a real live and current post as this is what I have eaten and what I will eat today.
Before looking at my food intake for the day, it is important to note that everyone is different! At the moment I am doing 6-8 training sessions a week which is pretty full on, so my diet has to contain enough nutrients to support my training (I probably should be eating more), but right now this is what my food intake looks like. Today is a training day in the evening so my food is planned around that schedule.
Oats cooked with water – Coffee with almond milk + Protein shake with frozen raspberries
Rice with Tuna and some veggies
Protein shake (1.5 hours before training)
Grilled Lemon Chicken with vegetables
1 square of dark chocolate – potassium water - chamomile tea
