It has been a while since I shared what my eating looks like. Today I actually took note of exactly what I ate, so I decided to share my food diary with everyone. Unfortunately I did not photograph every meal, only some meals, but I think this post will give you the general idea of what I eat.
Please keep in mind that I eat to my body’s specifications. This is not a diet, it is my lifestyle and just because this ‘diet’ may work for me it may not work for you. I have studied how my body reacts to food, what gives me energy, what makes me feel sluggish and/or even sick! This is a one day snippet my meals and these meals are also adjusted to my workout routines as well.
Meal 1: Protein shake with coffee
Meal 2: 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg. 2 slices of tomato and 2 slice of grilled aubergine.
